CEO & Chairwoman of the Board
Katie Kupstas is the Chairwoman of the Board of ICW® Capital, where she helps founders become truly fundable by aligning ambition, protection, and investment readiness.
She leads ICW® Capital's mission to empower scalable companies through investor-ready education, strategic guidance, and intentional connections between founders and aligned investors — while placing legal and intellectual property readiness at the center of capital formation.
Katie is deeply committed to expanding intellectual property access and ownership for underserved founders, ensuring entrepreneurs enter fundraising conversations protected, prepared, and positioned to build long-term enterprise value.

Tod Kupstas
Partner, Pierson Ferdinand LLP
Tod Kupstas serves as a Board Member of ICW® Capital and is a Partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP, where he advises entrepreneurs, investors, and established businesses on intellectual property, portfolio management, commercial litigation, and mergers & acquisitions. He works with clients to protect innovation, strengthen intellectual property assets, and navigate complex legal and business transactions that drive long-term growth.
At ICW® Capital, Tod provides founders with strategic guidance on building and protecting intellectual property portfolios, conducting due diligence, mitigating litigation risk, and preparing companies for fundraising, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. His expertise helps entrepreneurs understand how intellectual property can become a competitive advantage while positioning their companies for investment and successful exits.
As a member of the ICW® Capital Board, Tod supports the organization's mission of connecting founders with experienced legal, financial, and corporate partners who provide practical education and resources on patents, trademarks, licensing, corporate governance, cap tables, and M&A strategy.

Laura Rose
Dean of Students, The Peck School
Laura is a seasoned educator with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate advertising (BBDO NYC), charter schools in underserved communities, and independent school leadership. She is currently Dean of Students and Director of Auxiliary Programs at The Peck School in Morristown, NJ.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education from the University of Florida. Laura has served as Mathematics Department Chair, contributed to DEIB steering and curriculum, and was instrumental in creating her school’s first DEIB curriculum.

Madeleine is an upcoming MBA student at Temple University with an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of East London. Her work at ICW® Capital ignited a deep interest in intellectual property, which she plans to pursue throughout her MBA and beyond.

Graphic Designer
Kylee is an essential part of the ICW® team, leveraging her skills and experience as a Junior Graphic Designer at Millersville University. With a background as a design intern for the Lancaster Barnstormers baseball team, her passion for design and creativity shines through. Beyond her ICW® contributions, Kylee’s role as President of the Marauder Graphics screen-printing club and her work as Millersville’s Athletic Communications and D2 Ice Hockey Team’s Photographer demonstrate her dedication to both her craft and her community.

Lyka is a versatile professional with experience as a Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant, backed by a successful managerial role in a telecommunications company. She upholds values of transparency, self-discipline, and trustworthiness in her work. As an active member of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, she is dedicated to community development.
